CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION CLASSES

I bring my Education classes to you! Sessions take place in your home and are broken down into two three hour blocks

Sessions include:
*How to be as comfortable as possible through labour
*The role of a partner
*How to build a strong birthing team
*The stages of Labour
*Labour positioning
*When to head to your place of birth
*Potential interventions
*Life after babes arrival, immediately and at home
*Feeding options and how feeding may look
*Resources available

LABOUR & BIRTH SUPPORT

*Phone, txt and email availability from the moment you hire me up until two weeks postpartum

*Access to birth support handouts

*Two prenatal meetings to go over your Birth Plan, and any concerns or specific wishes (up to 1.5hr duration)

*On call from 38w

*Attendance at your labour and birth

*Immediate postpartum care for up to two hours at the place of delivery

*One postpartum visit in your home to go over any concerns about the adjustment period, unpack the birth process & talk through any resources needed (up to 2hr duration)

*Additional prenatal meetings can be added for $25/hour*

POSTPARTUM SUPPORT

*Take care of babe, while the parent/s rest
